Writing articles for professional success, you have to write too many articles every day.  Time is always scanty for this time consuming activity.  So the best solution to continue writing articles is to find strategies that will increase the number of articles written in the same time.  This will give you increase productivity which means more benefits, and more benefits usually result in making more money.

It sounds like a great idea to be able to write two articles in the time you write one article now.  You will be able to write 60 articles in a month if you are writing one article in one day and 720 articles in one year.  From 360 to 720, in other words you have doubled your article production.  The secret to this success is easy and achievable, if you time yourself for two weeks with the following planned stretegies in mind:

1.  Research time of the article:

If you are writing in your niche it is very easy to control this time because you already know so much about your own niche.  If you do need to search information, time it,  read and write the conlusion of your search along with the reference and the exact page number if available.  If you are searching online bookmark it.  Since you write every day and need to search everyday, you may separate writing time and research time.  Search two three topics and write conclusion and reference of each search.  Now you have relevant fresh information.  Remember simply adopt the information, not the words and style of the writer.

2. Keywords:

For key words search, you have to save all the key words that you use, so you have a custom database of key words of your own.  You can do this online or offline whichever is faster to use for you.  This will save more than half the time of the keyword search for the articles that you will be writing.

3.  Create an outline for your article:

Outline for the article reduces thinking and organization time.  Write 3-7 points for your articles.  Make sure you write fast.  It might feel you are wasting your time, making an outline but if you look into it carefully you will feel it is actually saving time.  If you do not have an outline many times you end up thinking and deciding exactly what to write.

4.  Speed write your article:

Practice key boarding online and type 75-80 words per minute.  In case you are making mistakes do not worry about it.  Focus on writing speed and fingers on the right keys and if there are a few mistakes correct them with spelling and Grammar checker.  Speed writing may seem harder in the beginning but with persuation you will start enjoying it.  I am sure your dedication focus and practice will get you this project achieved in a week.

5. Proof read and edit your articles:

You have already saved a lot of time from your article, do not save anytime in proof reading as it is very important to be careful and get rid of all spelling and grammatical errors of the articles before submitting it to the directories or posting it where it is supposed to go.  Do not depend solely on the computer software for grammatical and spelling errors. Check it yourself.  This is it you are on your way to double production and focused effective  time management.
